<br />ORDINANCE NO. 88- 25
<br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,
<br />AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING
<br />ZONING MAP FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND
<br />PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE,
<br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as
<br />the local planning agency on such matters, has held a public
<br />hearing and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this
<br />rezoning request, and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners -of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
<br />rezone the herinafter described property; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined
<br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element
<br />of the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a
<br />public hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which
<br />parties in interest and citizens were heard;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning
<br />of the following described parcels situated in Indian River
<br />County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Parcel 1:
<br />The North half of the East half of lot 6. Block 2, Dr. Richard
<br />E. Bullington's Subdivision, which plat .was filed. May 25, 1912
<br />and recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 5, public records of St.
<br />Lucie •County, Florida, said land now situate in Indian River
<br />t County, Florida. Except the right-of-way over the North 50
<br />feet of the above described property conveyed to the City of
<br />Vero Beach for a street; and, Except street right-of-way as in
<br />Official Record Book 73, page 226 public records of Indian
<br />IF River County, Florida.

<br />Parcel 2:
<br />The North 160.50 feet of the West half of lot 6. Block 2, Dr.
<br />Richard E. Bullington's Subdivision, which plat was filed May
<br />25, 1912 and recorded in Plat Book 2,•Page 5, public records of
<br />St. Lucie County, Florida; said land 'now situate in Indian
<br />River County, Florida. Except, However, the West 100 feet of
<br />the above described property and except the North 50 feet of
<br />the above described property conveyed to the City of Vero Beach
<br />for road right-of-way.
