CRAGG, VICE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN QUESTIONED <br />IF AND WHEN SEBASTIAN WOULD BE PART OF THE WATER AND SEWER SYSTEM <br />AND ALSO, THE APPROXIMATE COST THAT WOULD BE'INVOLVED. DAMES <br />L.-BEINDORF, COUNTY CONSULTING ENGINEER STATED THAT AFTER FEBRUARY <br />1973, WHEN THE PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING STUDY IS COMPLETED, A <br />MEETING CAN.BE SCHEDULED WITH THE MUNICIPALITIES TO DISCUSS WHAT IS <br />AVAILABLE. MR.
