ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE, 3143.19 FEET, THENCE S O1019115" E, 1202.06 FEET, THENCE, S 89017149" W, 1328.78 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 28, THENCE, N O1005'02" W, ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION, 1344.24 FEET, THENCE, N 89044137" E 927.20 FEET, THENCE, N 26020150" W, ALONG A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 300 FEET WEST OF THE WEST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF FLORIDA EAST COAST RAILROADS 100 FOOT RIGHT OF WAY, 2992.54 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 29. THENCE, N 89009130" E, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 29, 332.39 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS AND EXCEPT the following: A portion of land in the Northwest $ of the Southwest of Section 28, Township 31 South, Range 39 East described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Northwest of the Southwest $ said corner being the point of beginning.
