Cj r, S <br />ORDINANCE NO. 86-10 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP <br />FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE., <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request, and <br />WHEREAS,,The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined <br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizen were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by -the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />SAID PARCEL BEING THE NORTH 632.00 FEET OF THE WEST <br />221.74 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING: <br />PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER <br />OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, BEGIN- <br />NING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHWEST <br />QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 4 WHICH POINT IS 590.6 FEET <br />EAST OF THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER <br />OF SAID SECTION 4; THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL WITH THE WEST <br />LINE OF SAID SECTION 4, 1311.0 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY <br />LINE OF THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF THE MAIN CANAL, THENCE <br />NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID CANAL <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY TO A POINT. 1331.2 FEET DUE EAST OF THE <br />WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 4; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH <br />THE WEST LINE OF SAID SECTION 41 1041.9 FEET TO THE <br />NORTH LINE OF THE SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER; THENCE WEST <br />ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF <br />SECTION 4, 741.0 FEET TO THE POINT -OF -BEGINNING. <br />EXCEPT, HOWEVER, THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR PUBLIC ROADS, <br />DRAINAGE CANALS, AND DITCHES AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF <br />SAID LANDS BY THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART. LESS THE <br />WEST ,9.4 FEET OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY. <br />THE ABOVE SITUATED IN PARTS OF TRACT 12 AND 13, SECTION <br />4, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, ACCORDING TO PLAT <br />BOOK 21 PAGE 25, ST. LUCIE COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS, <br />INDIAN RIVER FARMS COMPANY SUBDIVISION. <br />
