Sc k I s k� <br />12/5/86 <br />r pnot2 <br />LR -Planning <br />RS/vh <br />ORDINANCE NO. 86-86 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP <br />FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined <br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />That part of the northeast J of the northeast $ of Section <br />24, Township 33 South, Range 39 East lying west of the <br />Florida East Coast Railroad and being more particularly <br />described as beginning at a point 329.12 feet south and <br />1072.78 east of the northwest corner of said northeast $ of <br />the northeast J. Said point lying on the west right of way <br />of the Florida East Coast Railroad; thence run southeasterly <br />along said right of way a distance of 673.56 feet; thence <br />run west along a line 346.8 feet north of the south line of <br />said northeast $ of the northeast a distance of 450 feet; <br />thence run northwesterly and parallel to said west right of <br />way of the Florida East Coast Railroad a distance of 674.57 <br />feet; thence run east a distance of 450 feet to the said <br />west right of way of the Florida East Coast Railroad and <br />point of beginning. Said land lying and being in Indian <br />River County, Florida. Containing 6.79 acres. <br />Be changed from CG, General Commercial District, to IG, General <br />Industrial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in <br />said <br />Zoning Regulations. <br />
