hi <br />/DOL T t416 / L <br />7/17/86 <br />pnot <br />LR -Planning <br />JAG/vh <br />ORDINANCE NO. 86- 55 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP <br />FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request, and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property, and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined <br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />I <br />nterest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The south 10 acres of Government Lot 5; and the south 10 <br />acres of Government Lot 6, Section 7, Township 33 south, <br />Range 40 east, Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from RS -1, Single -Family Residential District, to <br />RM -10, Multiple -Family Residential District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on thisoth day of <br />August,1986. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />By G; <br />Don"C.
