<br />ORDINANCE NO. 87-34
<br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
<br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP
<br />FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING
<br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the
<br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing
<br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning
<br />request, and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
<br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined
<br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of
<br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public
<br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in
<br />interest and citizens were heard;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of
<br />the following described property situated in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:
<br />All of tracts 11 and 13 lying south of .the Main Relief
<br />Canal, all of tracts 14 and 15, and the east 20 acres and
<br />the south 635 feet of the west 665 feet of tract 16 less the
<br />north 132 feet of the south 635 feet of the east 10 acres of
<br />the west 20 acres, in Section 4, Township 33 South, Range 39
<br />East, as shown on the plat of Indian River Farms Company
<br />Subdivision filed in the office of the clerk of circuit
<br />court of St. Lucie County, Florida in plat book 2, page 25,
<br />said land now lying and being in Indian River County,
<br />Florida.
<br />Kingswood Estates Subdivision as recorded in plat book 11,
<br />page 86, public records of Indian River County, Florida;
<br />Sundowners Subdivision as recorded in plat book 8, page 87,
<br />public records of Indian River County, Florida, --
<br />All of tract 4, Section 9, Township 335, Range 39E, less and
<br />except Kingswood Estates Subdivision,
<br />All of tract 3, Section 9, Township 33S, Range 39 E. less
<br />and except Sundowners Subdivision,
<br />Old Sugar Mill Estates Subdivision as recorded
<br />in plat book 9, page:82, public records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida;
<br />All of tract 2, Section 9, Township 33S, Range 39E, less and
<br />except Magnolia Estates Subdivision and Old Sugar Mill
<br />Estates Subdivision;
