L- <br />u <br />1973, to date of completion of the 1973 Tax Adjustment Board shall not <br />be included in this contract. <br />H. APPRAISAL OF IMPROVEMENTS: <br />The CORPORATION shall perform the following work relative <br />to all taxable and exempt structures now existing or which have been <br />erected, added to, substantially altered or repaired during the year <br />1972: <br />1 . Measure new structures and make perimeter sketches on <br />existing property record cards. <br />2. Record building construction data on new property record cards. <br />Also transfer building sketches and computations to these new <br />property record cards. <br />3. Rate, classify, and depreciate such structures and extend <br />calculations to depreciated replacement values in accordance <br />with the present (1973) building cost index as per Paragraph A. <br />4. Inspect additions, alterations, and repairs and change building <br />construction data on existing property record cards to reflect <br />such additions, alterations, and/or repairs, provided any <br />such change materially affects value. <br />5. Recalculate depreciated replacement values to reflect such <br />additions, alterations, and/or repairs, provided any such <br />change materially affects value; then transfer this information <br />to new property record cards., <br />I. REDRAFTING AND COMPILATION OF MAPS: <br />It is the intent of this contract to provide for Indian River County <br />a set of.maps covering the entire county at a scale sufficient to delineate <br />thereon parcel identification numbers, ownership boundaries, property <br />dimensions, lot and block numbers, and other similar data normally found <br />in property ownership maps. <br />
