indirectly by war, strikes, insurrection, rebellion, or Acts of God, <br />and except as hereinafter set forth. <br />C. REVIEW OF COMPLAINTS: <br />Following notification of property owners of their new assessments <br />by the Assessor, a representative of the CORPORATION shall be made <br />available to review and/or recheck any valuation complaints which -might <br />be deemed necessary by the Assessor. <br />D. ASSIS.TANCF-TO AS.S_ESBO.B._AT TAX ADJUSTMENT BOARD: <br />The CORPORATION shall furnish necessary representation to assist <br />the Assessor, when needed, in the settlement of complaints which might <br />come before the 1973 Tax Adjustment Board. <br />E. DEFENSE - <br />The CORPORATION agrees to fully cooperate with and assist the Tax <br />Assessor, the County, and their attorneys in the defense of any and all suits <br />at law or in equity arising out of or resulting from any appraisal made by <br />the CORPORATION, and, at the request of the COUNTY, shall attend any <br />and all trials or hearings involving questions of said appraisals, supply <br />expert testimony, and furnish substantiating evidence and data. All court <br />costs, attorneys' fees, and CORPORATION'S normal appraisal fees incidental <br />to such trials or hearings are to be borne by the County, in addition to <br />this agreement - <br />SECTION IV <br />CONTRACT PRICE AND PAYMENT <br />A. PRICE TO BE PAID THE CORPORATION BY THE COMMISSION: <br />The COMMISSION agrees to pay the CORPORATION, at its <br />principal office and place of business at 433 Fourth Street, North, <br />St. Petersburg, Florida, the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE <br />THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($173,200), in a manner hereinafter <br />set forth for all services to be furnished by the CORPORATION under this <br />contract. <br />.6-- <br />OCT <br />6_ <br />O T 1972 <br />
