<br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
<br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP
<br />FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING
<br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the
<br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing
<br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning
<br />request; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
<br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined
<br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of
<br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public
<br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in
<br />interest and citizens were heard;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of
<br />the following described property situated in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:
<br />That portion of the following described parcel lying West of
<br />the West Right-of-way of Old Dixie Highway,
<br />THE SOUTH 440 FEET OF THE NORTH 880 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF
<br />THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION
<br />25, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, LESS THE WEST 400 FEET
<br />THEREOF, AND ALSO, THE SOUTH 440 FEET OF THE NORTH 880 FEET
<br />OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION
<br />30, TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 40 EAST.
<br />And less and except the following described property:
<br />Begin at a point lying 440 feet South of the Northeast
<br />corner of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
<br />Section 25, Township 33, South, Range 39 East, From the
<br />Point of Beginning run South 891 50' 20" East and along the
<br />North line of the South 440 feet of the North 880 feet of
<br />the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
<br />30, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, a distance of 518.75
<br />feet; thence run South 180 57' 25" East a distance of 465.72
<br />feet to a point on the South line of the said South 440 feet
<br />of the North 880 feet; thence run North 890 50' 04" West,
<br />along said South line, a distance of 670.61 feet to a point
<br />of intersection, said point lying on the West line of
<br />Section 30, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, said line
<br />being also the Range line, thence run South 890 56' 07" West
<br />along the South line of the South 440 feet of the North 880
<br />feet of the East half of the Southeast quarter of the
<br />Northeast quarter of Section 25, Township 33 South, Range 39
<br />East, a distance of 263.56 feet to a point lying on the East
<br />line of the West 400 feet of the South 440 feet of the North
<br />880 feet of the East half of the Southeast quarter of the
<br />Northeast quarter of Section 25, Township 33 South, Range 39
<br />East; thence run North 00° 00' 06" East, along said East
