ORDINANCE NO. 86 61 <br />PARCEL TWO: <br />Beginning at the northwest corner of that certain parcel of <br />land conveyed from J.T Thompson and Frieda Thompson, his <br />wife, to E.G. Barnhill, recorded in Official Record Book <br />379, Page 62, of the Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida; thence run southwesterly along the southwesterly <br />projection of the north boundary line of said parcel a <br />distance of 40 feet, more or less, to a point on the <br />easterly right-of-way line of New U.S. Highway No. 1 as <br />presently exists; thence run southerly along said easterly <br />right of way line to a point which intersects with the <br />southwesterly projection of the south boundary of the said <br />parcel described in Official Record Book 379, Page 62, <br />Public Records of Indian River County, Florida, thence run <br />northeasterly along the southwesterly projection of the <br />south boundary of said parcel to the southwest corner of <br />said parcel; thence run northwesterly along along the west <br />boundary of said parcel a distance of 75 feet, more or less, <br />to the Point of Beginning, said property lying and being in <br />Government lot 2. Section 8, Township 31 South, Range 39 <br />East. <br />Be changed from RS -6, Single -Family Residential District, to <br />RM -6, Multiple -Family Residential District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 20th <br />day of August, 1986. <br />By G <br />Don C.
