<br />ORDINANCE NO. 86-69
<br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
<br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP
<br />FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING
<br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the
<br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing
<br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning
<br />request; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
<br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined
<br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of
<br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public
<br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in
<br />interest and citizens were heard,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that:
<br />1. The zoning of the following described property situated in
<br />Indian River County,Florida, to -wit;
<br />The west 550 feet of the south 670 feet of the Southwest
<br />of Section 3, Township 32 South, Range 39 East;
<br />The east 210 feet of the west 766.5 feet of the south 445
<br />feet of the southwest J of the southwest $ of Section 3,
<br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East;
<br />The south 670 feet of the Southeast of the Southeast $ of
<br />Section 4, Township 32 South, Range 39 East;
<br />The South 360 feet of Tract 28, Section 4, Township 32
<br />South, Range 39 East;
<br />The South 360 feet of the East 70 feet of Tract 27, Section
<br />4, Township 32 South, Range 39 East;
<br />Lots 1 thru 4, inclusive, Brumley Acres Subdivision, as
<br />recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 79, Indian River County,
<br />Florida,
<br />That part of tract 6 located west of the Lateral "G" Canal,
<br />Tracts 7 and 8, Tracts 10 thru 21, inclusive, Tracts 25 thru
<br />27, inclusive, and that part of Tract 28 lying west of the
<br />Lateral "G" Canal, located in the North of Section 9,
<br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East,
