8/2/88 <br />pnot3 <br />LR -Planning <br />DN/vj <br />ORDINANCE N0, 88- 30 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP <br />FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined <br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described parcels situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />Parcel 1 being described as: <br />Town of Wauregan, PBS 1-178, 179. The northwesterly 116.97 <br />feet of Lot 25 lying northeasterly of U.S. Highway l (O.R. <br />Bk. 457, P.P. 186) <br />Be changed from RM -6, Multiple -Family Residential District to CL, <br />Limited Commercial District, and <br />Parcel 2 being described as: <br />Town of Wauregan, PBS 1-178. The northwesterly 166.41 feet <br />of Lot 24, lying east of U.S. Highway No. 1 (O.R. Bk. 506, <br />P.P. 369). <br />Be changed from CL, Limited Commercial District to RM -6, <br />Multiple -Family District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described <br />in <br />said <br />Zoning Regulations. <br />
