ORDINANCE N0, 88- 28 <br />7/11/88 <br />pnot2 <br />LR -Planning <br />DN/vj <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP <br />FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency'on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request, and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined <br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of <br />the Comprehensive Plan of,'Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were.heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The North 54.29 feet of North 108.58 feet of the West 3/4 of <br />the South i of the Northeast J. East of Highway U.S. 1 less <br />Aurand, and less the East 267.45 feet thereof and less any <br />portion of the described property lying within 200 feet of <br />the current East R/W line of U.S. Highway #1. Said <br />described property lying in Section 35, Township 32 South, <br />Range 39 East, Indian River -County, Florida. <br />Parcel 2 <br />Beginning at a point 660 feet West of the Northeast corner <br />of SE $ of the NE, continue West 267.45'feet; thence south <br />162.87 feet, thence East 267.45 feet; thence North 162.87 <br />feet to the Point of Beginning. Said described property <br />lying in Section 35, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />The South 54.29 feet of the North 108.58 feet of the West <br />3/4 of the South Z of the Northeast, East of Highway U.S. <br />11 less the westerly 200 feet and less the east 267.45 feet <br />thereof.
