<br />ORDINANCE NO. 87-21
<br />AN ORDINANCE;OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING
<br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP
<br />FOR THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING
<br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the
<br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing
<br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning
<br />request; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to
<br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has determined
<br />that this rezoning is in conformance with the Land Use Element of
<br />the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, and
<br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners has held a public
<br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in
<br />interest and citizens were heard;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning of
<br />the following described property situated in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:
<br />Lots 21 thru 32, inclusive, A.A. Berry's Subdivision of
<br />Section 21 of the Fleming Grant, revised from Carter's
<br />Survey, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2,
<br />page 14, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said
<br />land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida;
<br />Lots 1 thru 5, inclusive, Halleluiah Acres Subdivision,
<br />according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, page
<br />30, public records of Indian River County, Florida;
<br />Lots 1 thru 6, inclusive, The Meidel Subdivision, according
<br />to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 56, public
<br />records of Indian River County, Florida;
<br />Lots 1 thru 13, inclusive, and Tract A, Gervais Subdivision,
<br />according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page
<br />33, public records of Indian River County, Florida;
<br />Lots 1 thru 11, inclusive, Roseland Lake No. 1 Subdivision,
<br />according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, page
<br />62, public records of Indian River County, Florida;
<br />Lots 1 thru 12, inclusive, Roseland Lake No. 2 Subdivision,
<br />according to -the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, page
<br />63, public records of Iridian River County, Florida.
<br />Lots 1 thru 7, inclusive, and lots 10, 11, 14, and 17,
<br />Fleming Grant Section 30, according to the plat thereof
<br />recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 72, Public Records of Brevard
<br />County, Florida; said land now lying and being in Indian
<br />River County, Florida.
