7/3/86(BB)LEGAL(Bnm) <br />ORDINANCE NO, 86- 58 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />AUTHORIZING SALE AND CONSUMPTION OF <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES AT THE INDIAN <br />RIVER COUNTY SANDRIDGE GOLF CLUB; <br />PROVIDING FOR INCORPORATION IN CODE, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County as follows. <br />SECTION 1. <br />SANDRIDGE_GOLF _CLUB <br />Notwithstanding the provisions of Section <br />174-4.(b)(28), the sale and consumption of alcoholic <br />beverages shall be permitted at the Indian River County <br />Sandridge Golf Club. The sale of such alcoholic beverages <br />shall be permitted only by the vendor authorized by Indian <br />River County to sell alcoholic beverages at the Sandridge <br />Golf Club. No person other than the authorized vendor shall <br />bring alcoholic beverages into the Sandridge Golf Club. <br />SECTION 2. <br />INCORPORATION iIN_CODE <br />This ordinance shall be incorporated into the Code <br />of Ordinances of Indian River County and the word <br />"ordinance" may be changed to "section", "article", or other <br />appropriate word and the sections of this ordinance may be <br />renumbered or relettered to accomplish such purposes. <br />SECTION 3. <br />SEVERABILITY <br />If any Section, or if any sentence, paragraph, <br />phrase, or word of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br />be unconstitutional, inoperative, or void, such holding <br />shall not affect the remaining portions of this ordinance; <br />and it shall be construed to have been the legislative <br />intent to pass the ordinance without such unconstitutional, <br />invalid or inoperative part. <br />
