WHEREAS, the Florida Department of Commerce, hereinafter <br />referred to as the Program Agent, and Indian River County, Florida , <br />hereinafter referred to as the Subgrantee, entered into an <br />agreement on the 19th •day of January , 197,- <br />relating to an Emergency Employment Program under P. L. 92-54, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, said agreement expired on September 6, 1972, and <br />was. extended by Supplemental Agreements executed by the <br />respective parties to and including October 15, 1972, and <br />WHEREAS, it is now necessary to extend the term of that <br />agreement, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants <br />and.promises of the said agreement and of this supplemental <br />agreement, the parties do hereby agree as follows: <br />1. The term of the original agreement shall be extended <br />from October 15, 1972, through and including November 15, 1972. <br />2.
