ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MCCULLERS, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED THE <br />i <br />FOLLOWING RESOLUTION AND AUTHORIZED THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN THE <br />RELEASE OF EASEMENT. <br />r <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-68 <br />WHEREAS, there is a drainage and utility easement on each <br />side of Rockridbe Subdivision Unit No. 1; and <br />WHEREAS, Alferetta O. Hurlbut is the owner of Lot 6 and <br />'the N 1/2 of Lot 7, Block B, Rockridge Subdivision Unit No. 1 according <br />to the plat filed in Plat Book 4, Page 23; and <br />WHEREAS, Alferetta O. Hurlbut and her deceased husband <br />built a house over the side lot easements, Lots 6 and 7; and <br />WHEREAS, Alferetta O. Hurlbut, in order to sell the house <br />must have the easement released by the County Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />.Commissioners of Indian River County as follows: . <br />1. The Board does hereby release the 2.1/2 foot easement on each side <br />of the property line dividing Lots 6 and 7, Block B. Rockridge Subdivision <br />Unit No. 1. <br />2.
