4/12/88 <br />pnot3 <br />LR -Planning <br />DN/v3 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 88000. 31 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, . <br />ESTABLISHING BOUNDARIES FOR THE 795 ACRE <br />COMMERCIAL/ INDUSTRIAL NODE LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION <br />OF I-95 & S.R. 60 AS GENERALLY DESCRIBED IN THE TEXT OF <br />THE LAND USE ELEMENT AND DEPICTED ON THE LAND USE MAP <br />OF THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COUNTY'S COMPREHENSIVE <br />PLAN, AND AS ILLUSTRATED IN THE OFFICAL ZONING ATLAS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR THE <br />BOUNDARY MAP OF THE NODE AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners, of Indian River <br />County, Florida have amended the county's Comprehensive Plan to <br />provide for establishing boundaries for every commercial, <br />commercial/industrial, industrial,, tourist/commercial, and <br />hospital/commercial node; and <br />WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission has held a <br />public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation to <br />establish boundaries for this node; and, <br />WHEREAS, The Board'of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing on these proposed boundaries at which parties in interest <br />and citizens had an opportunity to be heard; and, <br />WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners is empowered to <br />adopt these boundaries to assist in .the implementation of the <br />County's Comprehensive Plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that: <br />SECTION 1 <br />The attached map labeled as "Attachment A" and the <br />boundaries as depicted in the offical County Zoning Atlas of <br />Indian River County, Florida, shall be.the official boundaries of <br />the 795 acre Commercial/Industrial Node located at the <br />intersection of I-95 and S.R. 60. <br />SECTION 2 <br />Ordinance No. 87-25 which established the boundaries for the <br />640 acre commercial/ industrial node located at the intersection <br />of I-95 and State Road 60 is hereby replaced in its entirety. <br />
