4/12/88 pnot3 LR -Planning DN/v3 ORDINANCE NO. 88000. 31 AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, . ESTABLISHING BOUNDARIES FOR THE 795 ACRE COMMERCIAL/ INDUSTRIAL NODE LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF I-95 & S.R. 60 AS GENERALLY DESCRIBED IN THE TEXT OF THE LAND USE ELEMENT AND DEPICTED ON THE LAND USE MAP OF THE LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COUNTY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, AND AS ILLUSTRATED IN THE OFFICAL ZONING ATLAS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR THE BOUNDARY MAP OF THE NODE AND EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners, of Indian River County, Florida have amended the county's Comprehensive Plan to provide for establishing boundaries for every commercial, commercial/industrial, industrial,, tourist/commercial, and hospital/commercial node; and WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Commission has held a public hearing and subsequently made a recommendation to establish boundaries for this node; and, WHEREAS, The Board'of County Commissioners has held a public hearing on these proposed boundaries at which parties in interest and citizens had an opportunity to be heard; and, WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners is empowered to adopt these boundaries to assist in .the implementation of the County's Comprehensive Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that: SECTION 1 The attached map labeled as "Attachment A" and the boundaries as depicted in the offical County Zoning Atlas of Indian River County, Florida, shall be.the official boundaries of the 795 acre Commercial/Industrial Node located at the intersection of I-95 and S.R. 60. SECTION 2 Ordinance No. 87-25 which established the boundaries for the 640 acre commercial/ industrial node located at the intersection of I-95 and State Road 60 is hereby replaced in its entirety.
