A <br />formal request has been made by any person who proposes to <br />initiate land development interpreted as not expressly included <br />in the fee schedule in Section V.B.(1). <br />(3) In completing the Fair Share Pee <br />Determination, the County Administrator shall: <br />a. Determine the traffic demand the proposed <br />land development activity places on the <br />County's major road network, In determining <br />the traffic demand on the proposed land <br />development activity, the County Administrator <br />shall consider the information outlined in <br />Section V.C,([)(a)-(c). <br />b. Assess the capital expansion of the <br />County's major road network system that will <br />be necessitated by the proposed land <br />development activity. Standard acceptable <br />practices and methodological procedures in the <br />transportation planning and engineering <br />profession shall be used to determine the <br />capital expansion of the County's major road <br />network system necessitated by the proposed <br />land development activity. <br />C* Determine the costs for providing the <br />capital roadway expansion necessitated by the <br />proposed land development activity.
