ORDINANCE NO. 88 - <br />established by resolution of the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners. <br />(b) Permit renewal fees shall be one-half () the amount of <br />the original fee. <br />Violations and penalties. Violations of this article shall <br />be punished as provided through forfeiture of the compliance <br />bond in addition to general law. Any violation of this <br />chapter is also subject to prosecution before the Indian <br />River County Code Enforcement Board in accordance with <br />applicable law and subject to penalties allowable under the <br />code enforcement ordinance. <br />Section 25.1(t)I Earth moving uses, Appendix A, Zoning, of the <br />County Code of Laws and Ordinances, is hereby amended as follows: <br />(t) Extractive <br />uses <br />(Administrative <br />Permit and <br />Special Excep- <br />Criteria <br />for <br />tion) <br />. <br />(a) Districts Requiring Administrative Permit. Mining <br />activities may be permitted within the A-1, Agricultural <br />District upon receiving approval for an administrative <br />permit as provided in Section 25.2 and after meeting the <br />requirements defined below. <br />(b).. Districts Requiring Special Exception.
