ORDINANCE N0, 85-1 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1) That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The North 100 feet of the South 247 feet of the North 7 <br />acres of the East 10 acres of Tract 9, Section 28, 1 <br />Township 325, Range 39E, according to the Plat of Indian <br />River Farms Company Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book <br />2, Page 25, Public Records of Indian River County Florida; <br />Said lands now lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />Be changed from R-1, Single -Family District to C-2, Heavy <br />Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved -and adopted by.the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 2ndday of January , <br />19850 <br />DVtiitL Vr l.VV1VLi l.k`111111.7.71V1V�1(J <br />OF INDIAN2IVER,COUNTY <br />Acknowledgment by the Deportment <br />Florida this 7th day of January , 198.5. <br />Effective Date: Acknowledgment from the Department of State <br />received on this 14 day of January , 1985, at1.00A.M.'/P'.M. <br />and filed in the office of the Clerk of the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida. <br />
