ORDINANCE NO. 94-33 <br />verification before service is started. The service provider shall comply <br />with all other provisions of the County Life Support Services Ordinance as <br />may be applicable. <br />SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This ordinance shall be effective immediately on adoption and <br />without publication in a newspaper as normally required by Florida Law, since <br />the Board of County Commissioners finds that an exigency exists which <br />requires immediate adoption of this ordinance under the emergency <br />procedures of Florida Statutes. <br />SECTION 3. TERMINATION DATE. <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall be effective only for 60 <br />days from November 22, 1994. <br />SECTION 4. CODIFICATION. <br />This ordinance shall not be codified. <br />The ordinance was moved for adoption by Commissioner Bird, and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams, and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman John W.
