<br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT BEFORE FINAL APPROVAL IS GIVEN. THE
<br />ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD OF A REQUEST FROM THE CONSULTING
<br />ENGINEERS' TO HOLD A SPECIAL CALLED MEETING ON DECEMBER 11, 1972
<br />REGARDING THE PROGRESS OF THE COUNTY -WIDE SEWER AND WATER SYSTEM
<br />PLANS AND SUGGESTED THE BOARD AND CONSULTING ENGINEERS REVIEW THIS
<br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FROM VISTA PROPERTIES AT THAT TIME.
