12/ 29/95 (oh.apt302 _ door Ow <br />ORDINANCE 96- 02 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 302 ANIMAL <br />CONTROL AND KENNEL REGULATIONS OF THE <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY CODE TO REFLECT <br />CHAPTER 94-339 LAWS OF FLORIDA. <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 94-339 Laws of Florida has made substantial <br />amendments to classification of dogs as dangerous; and <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable for the County Code to reflect these <br />aaaaciivaucuo uo vvcaa u. .vaa.. W�AA� i XAA�.. ...+...�...., <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, that. <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT T. <br />Chapter 302 the Indian River County Code is amended as set forth <br />in Appendix "A" to this ordinance. <br />SECTION 2. SEVERABILITY. <br />If any section, or any sentence, paragraph, phrase, or word of <br />this ordinance is for any reason held to be unconstitutional, <br />inoperative, or void, such holding shall not affect the remaining <br />portions of this ordinance, and it shall be construed to have been the <br />legislative intent to pass the ordinance without such unconstitutional, <br />invalid or inoperative part. <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This ordinance shall become effective February 1, 1996* <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, on this 2nd day of January , 19969 <br />
