RESOLUTION 170. <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens' <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, owned by Paul G. Luther, situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida: A <br />Lot 2, Section 3, Township 32 -South of Range 39 -East, con- <br />taining 57 acres more or less, EXCEPT, the 10 acres in <br />Southwest corner of the above described lot, which 10 acres <br />is also described as follows: Beginning at Southwest corner <br />of Lot 2, run North 1320 feet, thence East 330 feet, thence <br />South 1320 feet, thence West 330 feet to the point of be- <br />ginning. <br />Be changed from R-3 Multiple Dwelling District to A -Agri- <br />cultural District. _ <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. _ <br />Now . / <br />®E�����• <br />�w <br />
