ORDINANCE NO. 94- 25 <br />11. Platting -over Site Plan Projects. Section 913.09(6) is hereby <br />amended to read as follows. <br />(6) Lots. <br />Except where site plan approved projects are platted - <br />over, lots shall conform to size and dimension <br />requirements, shape, and access requirements as specified <br />below. For site plan approved projects that are being <br />platted -over, the approved site plan shall govern <br />access/frontage requirements and setbacks and development <br />of all structures and required project improvements; lots <br />to be owned by individuals shall include only the area of <br />dwelling units and immediately adjacent improved living <br />areas (e.g. porches, courtyards, driveways, and other <br />impervious areas). <br />(A) Size. <br />of the Ind. <br />regulations <br />plan. <br />will conform to the requirements <br />an River County land development <br />and to the comprehensive land use <br />2.
