Section 901.03 is hereby amended to establish the <br />definition of "Flag lot", as follows: <br />Flag lot: a lot or parcel shaped such that the majority of lot <br />area does not front on a road right-of-way but is connected to a <br />road right-of-way by a strip of land narrower than the applicable <br />minimum lot width. <br />SECTION 5B.
