(5) Entries, exits, driveways and maneuvering areas. (a) Except for single-family residential dwellings and two -unit (duplex) projects, all parking access shall be designed so as to prevent the need to back directly onto a local public road right-of-way. (b) No use will be permitted to have parking spaces which require vehicles to back directly onto a collector or arterial roadway as designated on the County Thoroughfare Plan, unless otherwise exempted under 954.07. (c) All uses which are required to provide three or more off-street parking spaces shall have entry and exitway driving aisles in accordance with Section 954.07(1).
