A floor <br />plan showing the dimensions of all rooms and <br />the location of all facilities. <br />(c) Criteria for guest cottages and servant <br />quarters. <br />1. Structures shall be an accessory <br />structure or portion of a principal <br />single-family dwelling; <br />2. Structures- shall not be located closer <br />than fifteen (15) feet to the principal <br />dwelling on the lot when detached from <br />the principal dwelling; <br />3. No guest cottage may be utilized for <br />commercial or rental purposes, <br />4. The guest cottage shall be used for the <br />intermittent or temporary occupancy by a <br />nonpaying guest. The servant quarters <br />shall be for the occupancy of servants <br />(and spouses, parents and children) <br />working on-site, <br />5. A legal document must be filed in public <br />records which states the limitations of <br />the use on-site. <br />G. Section 971.41(5) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(5) Mobile homes in agricultural areas (administrative <br />permit no Planning and Zoning Commission review or <br />approval required if associated with a site plan reviewed <br />as an administrative approval or.minor site plan). <br />(a) Districts requiring administrative permit <br />approval, (pursuant to the provisions of <br />971.04): A-1, A-2, A-3, Smo <br />1.
