1. continuations of existing, named roads (roads <br />with name designations only), or <br />2* roads on the barrier island, or <br />3. private roads within a planned development or <br />a private subdivision that do not fit into the <br />county's existing grid system of east -west and <br />north -south roads. <br />At the time of development plan application, staff <br />shall apply these criteria in its review of <br />requests for use of road names. Staff <br />determinations shall be final unless appealed <br />c. Proposed road names shall not duplicate, or closely <br />approximate the name of an existing or approved <br />road. <br />24. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS <br />All previous ordinances, resolutions, or motions of the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida which <br />conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed <br />to the extent of such conflict. All Special Acts of the <br />legislature applying only to the unincorporated portion of Indian <br />River County and which conflict with the provisions of this <br />ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />25. CODIFICATION <br />The provisions o <br />the County Code and <br />"section", "article", <br />of this ordinance may <br />such intentions. <br />26.
