(e) An applicant for a type "C" permit shall submit all <br />information showing compliance with 930.07(2) of <br />this chapter and all information required in <br />930.08(2)(a) through (d). <br />11. Ordinance Text References to Public Works Staff. <br />A. Section 954.08(2), (3), (4), (5), and (6) are hereby <br />amended as follows. <br />(2) Non -concurrent parking (shared over time) study. <br />The required amount of parking for a project may be <br />reduced from the requirements of section 954.05, as <br />specified herein, upon submittal and review of the <br />following information, a determination by the <br />ublic works director or his designee <br />-- and community development director that <br />the standards specified herein have been met, and <br />approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />(a) A parking accumulation study must be prepared <br />by a registered engineer and submitted with <br />the site plan application.
