1. A site plan meeting all requirements of Chapter 914 <br />which shows the land use and zoning designation of <br />all properties within one hundred (100) feet of the <br />site; <br />2. A hazardous waste survey form specifying all <br />hazardous wastes handled, used, and generated on- <br />site. <br />(c) Criteria for automotive fluids, products, sales and <br />service other than gasoline in the CL district: <br />1. Service of automobiles shall be within an enclosed <br />building; outside sale of products is prohibited; <br />2. Maintenance and services performed shall be limited <br />to the draining and replacement of fluids and minor <br />parts replacement (filters, lights, wipers)I, and <br />limited automotive repairs. Limited automotive_ <br />repair services such as replacement of batteries, <br />tires, and bolt on replacement parts, and tune-ups <br />and minor adjustments may be allowed. General <br />repair services such as engine or transmission <br />replacement or rebuilding, and paint and body workL <br />are expressly prohibited; <br />3. No outdoor storage shall be permitted; <br />4. All generated hazardous waste shall be stored, <br />handled, and disposed of in a manner acceptable to <br />the environmental health and county utilities <br />departments; <br />5. All tanks and facilities for the storage of <br />petroleum oils and other flammable liquids shall be <br />located MTERNS7• • within an enclosed building or <br />underaround or located outdoors and completely <br />visually screened, and shall be suf <br />setback requirements of the applicable <br />ect to all <br />district. <br />6. Transmissions from audio speakers outside enclosed <br />buildings are prohibited. <br />7. Buildings in which limited automotive repair <br />services are performed shall be located a minimum <br />of one hundred feet (1001) from any residentially <br />designated property. <br />(d) Criteria for automobile products, sales and service other <br />than gasoline in the IG district: <br />1. The use shall be subject to the restrictions and <br />requirements of the applicable fire department, in <br />order to ensure adequate separation from heavy <br />industrial uses which may pose a safety hazard; <br />2.
