in terms of in of land use. As a measure of <br />land use intensity, the maximum number of persons <br />per acre for the proposed use shall be limited to <br />four (4) persons per acre. Calculations <br />determining the maximum number of residents shall <br />be based upon the area of the subject property and <br />upon the area of surrounding properties legally <br />attached to the project for density transfer <br />purposes The persons per acre intensity of the <br />facility on the subject (project) site shall not <br />exceed one and one-half (11) times the intensity of <br />any adjacent residential zoning district; <br />4. All residential and accessory structures for the <br />facility shall be located a minimum of fifty (50) <br />feet from all property lines; <br />5. Development of the facility shall comply with all <br />open space and lot coverage requirements of the <br />site's respective zoning district; <br />6. The facility shall be inhabited solely by <br />individuals, and their families (if any), who are <br />employees of active agricultural operations; <br />7. The Board of County Commissioners may reduce <br />parking requirements for the facility by a maximum <br />of one-half () the total number of required space <br />for facilities which provide common transportation <br />facilities for migrant labor camp residents; <br />8. Paving requirements may be waived or otherwise <br />modified in compliance with the provisions of <br />Section 954.10; and <br />9. No migrant labor camp shall be located closer than <br />one (1) mile from any other migrant labor camp, and <br />no migrant labor camp shall be located within the <br />boundary limits of the Indian River County Urban <br />Service Area as established by the Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />SECTION 3G: Section 954.05 of the Off -Street Parking Chapter is <br />hereby amended to add the following item to the listing of uses in <br />the appropriate alphabetical order (all other portions of the list <br />to remain as currently adopted): <br />Tenant Dwellings.
