not be reduced by front or side yard requirements to less than <br />thirty (30) feet and provided further that no accessory <br />structure on a corner lot shall project into the required <br />front yard on any SIXTIM street. In those instances where the <br />thirty-foot minimum applies, the house shall be centered <br />between the lot lines, 'unless an alternate siting arrangement <br />is approved by the community development director. <br />SECTION 30: Section 904.08(2) is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />(2) Replacement of nonconforming mobile homes. Where mobile home <br />use constitutes a nonconforming use of land, no mobile home <br />may be replaced with another mobile home, except when <br />associated with a legal nonconforming mobile home park, <br />whereby the mobile home is maintained in conformance with the <br />originally approved mobile home park site plan (as may be <br />amended). The setbacks established in Section 911.09(8), <br />including footnotesw are applicable to mobile homes within <br />nonconforming mobile home parks. <br />SECTION 31 (A & B): <br />A.
