ORDINANCE NO. 96- 24 <br />4. ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT CONCURRENCY CRITERION <br />Section 971.41(10)(e)12. of the specific land use criteria <br />ordinance is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />An accessory dwelling unit shall be treated <br />as a multi -family unit for traffic impact fee and traffic <br />concurrency purposes, and the concurrency requirements of <br />Chapter 910 for a multi -family unit shall be satisfied. <br />5.
