ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONED <br />MASSEY THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION, <br />RESOLUTION NO. 73-2 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian P.iver County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River Count,►, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, owned by. Robert R. Duerden and Peter R. Pappas, <br />represented by Total Development, Inc., situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida: <br />All of Block C, Ercildoune Heights, and Lot 7, Block G, <br />Ercildoune Heights, Section 25, Township 30 -South, Range <br />38 -East, PB 3, page 74, Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-1 Single Fam- <br />ily District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-10- <br />POD 0 <br />i �� <br />
