I <br />stated, the board did hold the advertised public hearing and all <br />persons interested were heard and this board did determine that <br />the streets described above are not located within the limits <br />of any incorporated municipality and were not acquired for <br />and are not now being used for state or federal highways. <br />3. The Board of County Commissioners does herewith <br />renounce and disclaim any right of the county and the public in <br />and to the streets and easements described in Paragraph 1, and <br />does herewith vacate, abandon, discontinue and close all of the <br />same. <br />4. Notice of the adoption of this Resolution shall be <br />published one time within thirty days following its adoption <br />in one issue of the newspaper of general circulation published in <br />the county.
