BOGOSIAN <br />THE ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD <br />OF A LETTER FROM <br />JUDGE SMITH AND,JUDGE STIKELETHER REQUESTING <br />RENOVATION WORK THEY <br />WOULD LIKE DONE IN THE COURTHOUSE. COMMISSIONER <br />DRITENBAS SUGGESTED <br />WORKING WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR TO INSPECT THE <br />BUILDING AND MAKE <br />SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATIONS. THE ADMINISTRATOR <br />CAN THEN PROCEED IN <br />HAVING THE NECESSARY WORK DONE. <br />THE CHAIRMAN BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE BOARD <br />THE NEED TO PREPARE ANOTHER PROPOSAL TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF VERO BEACH THIS EVENING REGARDING THE AGREEMENT THAT <br />WAS DISCUSSED EARLIER. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED SUBMITTING THE FOLLOWING, <br />PROPOSAL: REPLACE 121% WITH 110% AND INSERT UNDER PARAGRAPH 9, <br />SECTION A -"ITEM #3- ALL OTHER COSTS OR INVESTMENTS REASONABLY <br />ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE EXPENSE OF THE PRODUCTION OF TREATED WATER." <br />ALSO INSERT UNDER PARAGRAPH B "ITEM #3 - ALL OTHER COSTS OR INVESTMENTS <br />REASONABLY ATTRIBUTABLE TO THE EXPENSE OF THE TREATMENT OF SEWAGE'., <br />AND AUTHORIZED THE SIGNATURE OF THE CHAIRMAN. <br />-26- <br />
