.Z. <br />SECTION 4: EFFECTIVE DATE <br />The provisions of this ordinance shall become effective upon <br />registered special delivery mailing to the Florida Secretary of <br />State of a certified copy of this ordinance for filing with the <br />Department -of State of the State of Florida. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida on this 5 day of April , <br />1994. <br />This ordinance was advertised in the Vero Beach Press -Journal on <br />the 1 day of April , 1994, for the public hearing to <br />be held on the 5 day of April , 1994, at which time it <br />was moved for adoption by Commissioner Macht <br />seconded by Commissioner Eggert _, and adopted by <br />the following vote; <br />Vice Chairman Ken Macht Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B.
