WHEREAS, Indian River County received the Objections, Recommendations, and <br />Comments (ORC) Report from the Florida Department of Community Affairs on August 9, 1999, <br />WHEREAS, the ORC Report contained four objections to this comprehensive plan <br />amendment, and <br />WHEREAS, this comprehensive plan amendment and support documents have been revised <br />to address those objections, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County held a <br />Compreliensive Plan Amendment Adoption Public Hearing on September 28, 1999, after advertising <br />pursuant to F.S.163.3184(15)(b)(2) and (c), and at that public hearing decided to continue the <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment Adoption Public Hearing on October 26, 1999; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that: <br />11116RE III <br />The amendment to the Indian River County Comprehensive Plan identified in Section 2 is <br />hereby adopted, and three (3) copies are directed to be transmitted to the State of Florida Department <br />of Community Affairs and one (1) copy is directed to be transmitted to the Treasure Coast Regional <br />Planning Council. <br />► Economic Development Element <br />Original Policy Deleted Policy Revised Policy Policy Number New Policy <br />Number Changed Number <br />1.2 x <br />1.3 1 1 1X 1.2 <br />
