RESOLUTION NO. 73-11 <br />* WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />-'t described property, owned by Cliff Reuter and Leonard Hatala, situated <br />in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />North 20 Acres of Tract 6, Section 26, Township 33 -South, <br />Range 39 -East; South 20 Acres of Tract 3, Section 26, <br />Township 33 -South, Range 39 -East; and North 20 Acres of <br />Tract 3, Section 26, Township 33 -South, Range 39 -East, <br />LESS East 300 feet of North 200 feet of Tract 3, Indian <br />River County, containing approximately 58 1/2 Acres. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial and R-1 Single Family Dis- <br />tricts to R-1MP Mobile Home Park District. <br />"Subject to site plan approval by the Zoning Commission and <br />approval of a water and sewer plan". <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />jr <br />/ BOOK 16 Pv 1`160 <br />
