r <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71_19 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in -interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the -,Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning 14ap, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />-� described property, owned by Jacob G. or Dorothy J. Adams, situated <br />in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit - <br />Property lying in the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Township 33 - <br />South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida, being <br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the <br />WE corner of Ridgewood Subdivision, as recorded in Plat <br />Book 2, page 39, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />said corner also lying on the West right-of-way .of Old Dixie <br />Highway; run Southeasterly along said right-of-way a dis- <br />tance of 79.48 feet to a point; thence run West for a dis- <br />tance of 26.49 feet; thence run Southeasterly along right- <br />pf-way of Old Dixie Highway, for a distance of 127.18 feet <br />to a point, said point lying on the North right-of-way of <br />10th Lane; thence run West along said right-of-way 255.26 <br />feet to a point; thence run North 190 20' W for a distance <br />of 206.66 feet to a point; thence run East 41.75 feet to a <br />point; thence run North 200 feet to a point lying on.the <br />North right-of-way of 10th Place; thence run West 58,271 + <br />to a point; thence North 240 feet to a point; thence East" <br />146.85 feet to a point on the West right-of-way of Old Dixie <br />Highway; thence Southeasterly along said right-of-way 465.55 <br />feet to point of beginning. <br />Be changed from R-1 Single Family District to B-1 Planned <br />Business District. <br />"Subject to site plan approval by the Zoning Commission". <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />-13- <br />Pock 16 302 <br />
