FOR CIRCUIT COURT, FALL TERM IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$402.52; STATE WITNESS PAYROLL FOR COUNTY COURT, FALL 1972 TERM, <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $120.00. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING SUGGESTED <br />PROCEDURE FOR WATER AND SEWER FRANCHISE AND SUBDIVISION APPROVAL. <br />SUGGESTED PROCEDURE FOR RATER & SEWER <br />_ 'FRANCHISE AND SUBDIVISION APPROVAL <br />W. <br />1. .All developers involved in water and sewer franchise and <br />.'subdivisions must do the following: <br />A. Fill out six Department of Pollution Control Forms #432 <br />-which may be acquired froia the State.. <br />B. Fill out information for franchise approval forms in. <br />triplicate to be obtained from the County Administrator's <br />Office. <br />2. All above information to be returned to the County Administrator <br />for processing as follows: <br />A. County Administrator to send the above information to the <br />County Planner for the following comments and review. <br />1. County Engineer. <br />2. Local Planning Department. <br />B. Developers to send Department of Pollution Control <br />Forms to the local Department of Pollution Control <br />for their preliminary comments. <br />3.- All items under 2 to be brought back to the County Planner and <br />then returned to the County Administrator. <br />4. County Administrator to return same to the developer. <br />S. Developer can now send the proper information to the Flood <br />Control District and the East Central Florida Regional Planning <br />Council with the above comments.
