<br />THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF A FINAL SITE PLAN
<br />BY THE ZONING COMMISSION AND BOND FORM APPROVAL FOR ROAD CONSTRUCTION

<br />-HEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended

<br />_ng in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens
<br />tcera heard: Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian fr
<br />-ver County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
<br />Ccunty, Florida,.and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as
<br />follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following
<br />:_scribed property, owned by Floyd J. Voight, situated in Indian River
