ATTORNEY BURCH STATED THAT HE IS WORKING WITH DICK <br />BIRD, MANAGING DIRECTOR OF DODGERTOWN PROPERTY AND JOSEPH <br />.JACOBS, ATTORNEY REPRESENTING THE LOS -ANGELES DODGERS, TO <br />PREPARE A TENTATIVE COVENANT WHICH WOULD ALLOW DODGERTOWN <br />PROPERTY TO BE USED AS A COUNTY RECREATIONAL FACILITY WHEN THE <br />PROPERTY IS NOT BEING USED BY THE BASEBALL CLUB AND ITIS <br />NECESSARY FOR HIM TO RECEIVE CERTAIN INFORMATION FROM HOMER <br />FLETCHER, TAX ASSESSOR. MR. FLETCHER REQUESTED AUTHORIZATION <br />FROM THE BOARD TO RELEASE THE FIGURES.THE ATTORNEY REQUESTS. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT: SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED HOMER <br />FLETCHER, TAX ASSESSOR TO SUPPLY ATTORNEY BURCH WITH THE TAX <br />FIGURES HE REQUIRES TO PREPARE THIS COVENANT. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT.-THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING <br />ORDINANCE. <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 73-5 <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County Ordinance No. 72-3 expires. <br />on March 8, 1973, and <br />WHEREAS, the Indian River County Master Plan has not <br />been completed, and <br />WHEREAS, there is still a need to protect development along I <br />State Road 60, now therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County that Indian River County Ordinance No. 72-3 <br />is hereby extended and made effective for an additional period of .one +` <br />year. <br />This Ordinance was passed on an emergency basis by <br />unanimous vote of all five commissioners. <br />I <br />-7- <br />eoefie <br />AR 7 1973 <br />
