ORDINANCE NO. 96- 21 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM CL TO <br />CG, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CR 510 <br />AND CR 512, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE <br />SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 38 EAST, <br />RUN NORTH 89053145" WEST A DISTANCE OF 958.24 FEET; THENCE RUN <br />SOUTH 00009149" EAST A DISTANCE OF 43.62 FEET TO THE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL; THENCE CONTINUE <br />SOUTH 8905011111 WEST A DISTANCE OF 300.00 FEET TO THE EASTERLY <br />RIGHT-OF-WAY OF COUNTY ROAD 510; THENCE RUN NORTH 00013'15" <br />WEST A DISTANCE OF 600 FEET TO THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF <br />STATE ROAD 512, THENCE RUN ALONG SAID STATE ROAD 512 RIGHT-OF- <br />WAY ALONG THE ARC OF A CURVE CONCAVE TO THE NORTHWEST, HAVING <br />AN ARC LENGTH OF 301.94 FEET, A RADIUS OF 2060.00 FEET AND AN <br />INCLUDED ANGLE OF 08023152" TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />Be changed from CL to CG. <br />A11 <br />with <br />the <br />meaning <br />and intent <br />and as set forth <br />and described <br />in <br />said <br />Land Development <br />Regulations. <br />
