ORDINANCE NO. 95- 30 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM IL TO <br />RM -81 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 87TH <br />STREET AND 55TH AVENUE; AND FROM A-1 TO CL FOR THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 82ND STREET, EAST OF U.S. #1; AND <br />FROM RM -6 TO CL FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF <br />82ND STREET, EAST OF U.S. #1; AND FROM RM -6 TO CG FOR THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED NEAR THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 85TH STREET AND <br />46TH AVENUE, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County. Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />A parcel of land situate in Section 33, Township 31 South, <br />Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida, being the <br />northeast quarter of the.southeast quarter of the northeast <br />quarter. Less the South 35.00 feet thereof for road right-of- <br />way; and also less the South 208.71 feet of the East 208.71 <br />feet. <br />Be changed from A-1 to CL; and that the zoning of the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to - <br />wit: <br />From the East 1/4 corner of Section 33, Township 31 South, <br />Range 39 East. Run N. 0001810011W. a distance of 637.22 feet, <br />thence run N. 89°34100"W a distance of 537.10 feet to the <br />point of beginning. This continues along this same line a <br />distance of 150.00 feet; thence run S. 00018100" East a <br />distance of 300.00 feet, thence run S. 8901410011 E. a distance <br />of 150 feet; thence run 300 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
