G <br />AN ORDINANCE Ol <br />ZONING ORDINANC'. <br />PRO, FOR THE PR( <br />BETWEEN 3RD COL: <br />PROVIDING FOR E <br />ORDINANCE N0. 94-4 <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM RM -10 TO <br />PERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 17TH STREET -- <br />2T AND 4TH AVENUE, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND <br />'FECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the P1'anning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is inlconformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County;land <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard, <br />NOW, THEREFORE,) BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The south 300 feet of the following described property: <br />The east 250 feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Dr. Richard Bullington's <br />Subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat <br />Book 2, Page 5, St. Lucie County, now Indian River County, <br />Florida, Public Records. Subject to easements and rights-of- <br />way. <br />Be changed from RM -10 to PRO. <br />All with the meaning Iand intent and as set forth and described in <br />County Land Development Regulations. <br />
