ORDINANCE N0. 94- 20 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM RM -6 AND <br />A-1 TO CG, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF <br />S.R. 60 AND 66TH AVENUE, AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING <br />FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />Beginning at a point being 50.0 feet east and 30.0 feet south <br />of the northwest corner of the northwest one-quarter of <br />section 5, township 33 south, range 39 east; run parallel to <br />the north line of said section 5, S 890 52' 28" E a distance <br />of 614.00 feet to the principal point and place of beginning <br />of the following description: <br />Thence S 890 52' 28" E, 72.00 feet to a point; thence S 000 <br />07' 32" W, 425.00 feet to a point; thence S 440 52' 28" E, <br />35.36 feet to a point: thence S 890 52' 28" E, 310.00 feet to <br />a point; thence S 680 00' 00" E, a distance of 165.00 feet to <br />a point, thence S 780 00' 00" E, a distance of 100.00 feet to <br />a point; thence S 890 52' 28" E, a distance of 325.00 feet to <br />a point; thence S 620 00' 00" E, a distance of 715.00 feet to <br />a point, thence S 400 30' 00" E, a distance of 566.67 feet to <br />a point; thence S 490 43' 56" E, a distance of 416.46 feet to <br />a point, thence S 660 53' 54" E, a distance of 45.00 feet to <br />a point, thence S 890 53' 54" E, a distance of 290.00 feet to <br />a point; thence N 510 10' 06" E, a distance of 127.09 feet to <br />a point, thence S 890 52' 48" E, a distance of 590.00 feet to <br />a point; thence S 000 07' 12" W, a distance of 943.69 feet to <br />a point on north right-of-way line of State Road 60 Highway; <br />thence run N 890 53' 54" W along said north right-of-way line <br />a distance of 1326.17 feet; thence run S 890 52' 37" W a <br />distance of 709.12 feet to a point of intersection with the <br />
